Blog / news page date stamp

Hi,

Please see the attached 2 screenshots... How can I add a horizontal line as shown in the Screenshot (which page do I have to edit?)

And also, How do I add a date-stamp to my news/articles, like MODx is doing on their newspage (it doesn’t have to look like theirs - I just want a date/time stamp)

Hi Soren,

For the 1st, u need to use [!DateTime!] snippet, I cant recall exact name but please search in the resources.

2nd: You need to edit the ditto template chunk, now again I dont know what name your current chunk has but you will need to add <hr/> in that chunk template.

You can also add the published date [*pub_date*], created on date [*createdon*] and the edited date [*editedon*] document variable.

I guess that you could then use the DateTime snippet to display the publish date by including it in the call:

[!DateTime? &timestamp=`[*pub_date*]`!]
