Ditto output doesn't refresh..

I’m using Ditto to output the documents in a parent folder. The documents in the folder is created by the
NewsEditor form. But the output, in this case a list with page titles doesn’t refresh automatically before I
manually publish them through the manager.
Have anyone experienced the same problem, or have a solution??
