Site switch question

Could I Create a site on domainnameA.com so I don’t have to disrupt the current site where I will move it which is domainnameB.com ,


Do I only have to move the DB and files and then change the domain of the site in the config?

Or are there more steps,

I searched and did not see any topic like this.
