    Hello I am having some trouble accessing my website on the web. Whenever I open it, I see an error screen that looks like this:

    « MODx Parse Error »
    MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
    « PHP Parse Error »

    PHP error debug
    Error: include_once(/home/americal/public_html/assets/plugins/phx/phx.parser.class.inc.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
    Error type/ Nr.: Warning - 2
    File: /home/content/36/8013536/html/manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php(746) : eval()’d code
    Line: 9

    Parser timing
    MySQL: 0.0054 s (0 Requests)
    PHP: 0.0890 s
    Total: 0.0944 s

    Im having some trouble figuring this out. The files are where they’re supposed to be so could it be because the function.include-once is missing? How would I put this back in exactly?

    Thanks for your help.

      The error is indicating that it can’t find the file. I presume you can access the Manager; try disabling the phx plugin and that should give you access to the site for a beginning. Then you can start to figure out why it isn’t finding the file.

          If you have MODx Manager access, go to Elements->Manage Elements and the Plugins tab. Select the PHx plugin from the list, and there’s a checkbox for disabling the plugin. Check the box, and click Save.

          If you don’t have Manager access, you can use your CPanel’s phpMyAdmin and directly access the site_plugins table and edit the ’disabled’ field for that plugin; change it from 0 to 1.
