Im trying to move a highly customized MODx site from one server to another. I did not write the code. I am new to MODx.

After moving the files and the database with no discernable problems, I am still getting this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 26510399 bytes) in /home/www/yrekasho/public_html/manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php on line 1296

Now the error says it cannot allocate 26MB of 128MB. The max memory size on the source server is 64MB, so 128MB should be good.
I think I have fixed all of the hard coded paths.
I think it might be a missing PHP module or something. I am sure someone out there has seen this before.

    Platform: RedHat EL5
    MODx version : 0.9.5 (I think).
    PHP version : 5.2.10
    Apache: 2.2.13

    Any help would be appreciated.

Line 1296 in MODx 0.9.5 release is where the logEvent() function tries to insert a row into the event_log table. I would truncate this table (or possible try to repair it in phpmyadmin) and see what happens...

Thanks for the suggestion. I truncated the table but no joy.

So what are the entries being inserted into the event_log?

Nothing. I have tried to access the site several times, but there is still nothing in the event log.

Anything in Apache error_log or wherever your host is logging PHP errors?
