session sharing not working even after using session_cookie_domain

Hi All,

I have 1 domain and 1 subdomain, i want to share session across them.
i have read many articles and modx forum and all i came to know is setting "session_cookie_domain" and logging to all contexts at a time using "&context=1web,sub1’" is enough, so added it and tried to login but its not working.i have even configured one subdomain using context and its working fine also...no issue with it.
I have created one user and changed its permission to admin so there shouldnt be any permission issue. but when i try to login it just doesnt work and doesnt even show message something like "invalid username and password" like this....

Any idea whats happening exactly ??
I am sharing modx admin username and password in case anyone wants to take a look modx manager area to see if i have done any wrong step.

when i tried to debug the modxuser.class.php to find whats the exact problem and printed $this object.
and found that there is some data loss...below are details when i login to "web" context and "sub1" context

I think i have solved this.....Everything was working...It was browser caching issue
