Hello,
My client has been using ModX Evo for 2 years. Whenever they try to log in to the manger, the page just refreshes. If you type an incorrect password, it notifies them that it’s incorrect, but yet it won’t accept the correct one. If you click on the link that says ’Forgot Password’, it takes you into the manager.
Has anyone ever had this problem and knows how to fix this?
Any help is appreciated.

I would start with a full backup of the site and the database, then do a upgrade/re-install. It sounds like something may have gotten corrupted. Have you checked your server logs, especially for PHP errors?
