I have spent a fair amount of time with google and I’m surprised to not find a wiki module for modx that would use the modx user accounts. Usually I can google and find something that will work for modx, but no luck with integration of a wiki into modx. I’m not looking for anything really fancy.
Can anybody provide ideas on how to do this?
I have found a dokuwiki setup in the extras are of the site (not sure how I missed it before).
However, the code is requiring this:
include_once(MODX_BASE_PATH.’assets/snippets/rightsCheck/rightsControl.php’);
That snippet doesn’t exist on my 1.0.2 install. Does anybody have an idea what this is? The dokuwiki extra owner doesn’t mention it in the install notes or include it in the package.
Does anybody know how to contact an author of an extra? I don’t see the person posting in the forums or anything.
In case anybody ever stumbles on this via a search engine....
I commented out that line and the page loaded and gave me an email address of the author of the package. I emailed the person asking for info and have received no response.

Sounds like the project may be out of date / abandoned.
I got a response from the developer on it and they said to just remove that line and everything should work. After putting the correct url in the .htaccess for the wiki, things started working.
The developer said they would try to update the package. Sweet!
