I just downloaded the latest version of Revolution and upgraded from 2.0.8. Now I can’t view any of my pages in the browser. I checked config.inc.php and its permission is 644. I saw the note to make sure you "merge" when uploading. I used Cyberduck to upload and can’t see that option so not sure if the upload was a merge or overwrite. Where do I start troubleshooting?

Did you make a backup of your database and your site before upgrading?
It is very important to update all your packages before upgrading from 2.0.X to any higher version as some of the functions have been deprecated.
I hope you made a backup of your site so you can get it back online.
I recently tried upgrading from 2.0.8 to 2.1.3 and had issues so I restored it from my backup and upgraded to 2.0.8 and now will proceed to upgrade to 2.1.3, hopefully all goes smoothly.
Here’s a link with more info:

Good Luck and hope you get your site back online soon.
If you will be troubleshooting, I would start with checking the server error log. If you can get into the manager, check the manager log as well. If something is wrong with a missing file or corrupt code, you will see it in the logs (provided your PHP error reporting is set appropriately.)

Yes, I have a db backup. Is that to say that I should re-install 2.0.8, restore backup, then upgrade to 2.1.3?
I have access to Manager and checked the error log - nothing there.

I would restore, upgrade to 2.0.8, upgrade all your plugins via package manager then backup and attempt to upgrade to 2.1.3 again.
I restored my 2.0.8 installation and everything is working except nothing showing (ever) in cache. I’m now in process of upgrading to 2.1.0 - figured I’d take it in small steps. This time I set my FTP client to show hidden files, hence .gitignore is also being uploaded. Might that be the reason the upgrade didn’t work before?
OK, 2.08 to 2.1 upgrade worked. This time I upgraded all the Extras first. Tomorrow I’ll try 2.1 to 2.3.
