    Hi all,

    All of a sudden are getting a problem where new images aren’t loading.
    I am using ’Gallery (http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/Gallery)’ and also ’galleria’ (http://galleria.aino.se/). Everything was working fine, but now the first image displays and all the thumbs, but am now getting this error: image not loaded in 30 seconds: /assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=web/phpthumb

    any help welcome...

      What version of MODx?

      Can you post your gallery call?

      And did you try clearing your cache, running your gallery call cached and flushing permissions?

      Did you update gallery or phpThumb?

        Hi, Sorry should have added a little bit more, had been a long day!

        Modx Version: MODX Revolution 2.1.3-pl (traditional)

        Gallery call:
        <div id="galleria">
        [[!Gallery? &album=`[[*PP_PageGallery?]]` &sort=`rand` &thumbTpl=`PP_Gallery`]]
        </div>

        With this below:

        <script>
        	// Load the classic theme
        	Galleria.loadTheme('assets/template/_scripts/galleria/themes/method/galleria.method.js');

        	// Initialize Galleria
        	$('#galleria').galleria();
        </script>

        PP_Gallery Chunk:

        <a href="[[+image]]"><img class="[[+imgCls]]" src="[[+image]]" /></a>

        I have tried cleaning cache, I hadn’t tried running the call cached, but have now with no change, also tried flushing permissions.

        I think phpThumb was updated when I updated modx? I have also just noticed that ’login’ has stopped showing anything...

          Hi Think the problem is down to the way the img is read. Can you change
          /assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=web/phpthumb&w=500&h=500&zc=0&far=&q=90&src=%2Fassets%2Fcomponents%2Fgallery%2Ffiles%2F1%2F15.jpg

          to the actual image?

            Why is there a ? in your Album name? I think that is the issue.

              the problem was how Galleria reads the images, and having ’/assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=web/phpthumb&amp;w=500&amp;h=500&amp;zc=0&amp;far=&amp;q=90&amp;src=%2Fassets%2Fcomponents%2Fgallery%2Ffiles%2F1%2F15.jpg’ as the image name was causing it to break.
              So, the fix was to update the PP_Gallery Chunk to:

              <img src="[[+image_absolute]]" />
