I want to make sure my manager password can’t get hijacked, but I don’t really want the extra overhead of SSL while using the manager. Does anyone know a way to force SSL on the login page ONLY, but not on the rest of the manager?

Here’s a tutorial that completely secures the manager(for Evo).
Maybe you can write a conditional statement in htaccess to only force the SSL for the login page

Thanks, I already have a redirect in place to force SSL on the manager. However, I’m not too handy with .htaccess, so I wondered if someone else might already know how to do that conditional statement?
