    hi

It seems like after finalising a brand new website we are facing a very big issue which is, we can not set permissions to users, groups ...

We use MODX 2.0.8 - pl advanced

We have created a list of Access Policies but the problem is that these policies do not show up in the dropdown menue when trying to configure user group access to context.
To visualise it more clearly, I am attaching a small screen capture as well.

We also tried to upgrade MODX to vers 2.1.1 considering this issue might be a bug in vers 2.0.8 but there were too many errors most of them related to xPDODriver like:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'xPDODriver_' not found in /var/www/.../xpdo/xpdo.class.php on line 1393

If you created the policies from the Admin or Object Policy Template, they should definitely be available in the drop-down.

        Hello,
I am a developer partner of Sherlock.
The problem what Sherlock described is an official bug of version 2.0.8. See the bug report: http://bugs.modx.com/issues/4268

Because the update cause problems for us the right solution would be to get a bugfix for 2.0.8. Is it possible?

        thanks.

That ticket was closed without resolution as far as I can tell, so not really an official bug with a solution available.

I would suggest retrying the upgrades — that error indicates files did not get uploaded or extracted properly, or perhaps some other upgrade step was missed.

We already have tried upgrade several times, so we run out of ideas.
The whole development is ready but we can’t deliver without permissions. Ehh. embarrassed
