Hello All,
I have modx contact form made via FORMIT, everything works but when a contact form is submitted the email (test email) takes a while to reach my inbox.
Any suggestion or comments?
Thnx

How long is that "while" and what method you are using? sendmail or smtp?
Almost 25-35 minutes, I believe sendmail. Did not set anything for smtp.
It’s very unlikely that this has anything to do with MODX. Your host is probably putting the mail in a queue and sending it out later.
You might try installing the QuickEmail package to see if you get different results, but I don’t think you will.
You might try using SMTP instead. I get very fast email through Gmail via SMTP.
