This is another version of a previous post as I am not going anywhere.
I am trying to use Login to restrict access to one part of the website for web users.
I have a weblink whose children items (several subgroups) need to be password protected.
I am using weblink so it can appear on the menu and be seen by everyone. The weblink points to the login page. Login page then redirects to one of the children items.
I can get the basics to work BUT how do I avoid the weblink sending the user to the login page again once he has logged in (should he click on weblink again). And also, even when I log out if I try going back using browsers back button I am able to access the protected page.
Not sure if you can make any sense out of this and I know explanation may be lengthy but I tried many things and I am not getting anywhere...
