I just installed 2.1.1pl1 on a centos 5.5 server,
and the manager rss feeds are not appearing.
The proxy is set up and I can browse the package repos.
tcpdump *appears* to show the server attempting to contact
feeds.feedburner.com but not via the proxy!
Other modx servers in the same network are working fine
any ideas?
