Error message when trying to download packages

Hello -

I get this error message when trying to download a new package from the package manager: Could not download package at: http://modx.com/extras/download/?id=4d920f88f245546ffc00001f

Does anyone know what this could be and how to solve it? I’m running Revolution 2.0.2-pl.
