Manger problems after upgrade to Revolution 2.1.1-pl (traditional)

Apache version 2.2.14 Linux

MODX Revolution 2.1.1-pl (traditional)

After my upgrade from 2.08 In all browsers the manager page appears as if without any style. See below for excerpt from top of page. My core config file seems ok. Could it be the database? Amy thoughts would be appreciated. Site located at http://breakawaydistributing.com/

Did you run Setup in upgrade mode after adding the files? If not, do that, then manually delete all the files in the core/cache directory (while logged out), and clear your browser cache and cookies.

if your using IE9 you need to use compatablity mode next to the refresh button

I’ve been having some funkiness, too. I did the upgrade in upgrade mode but now none of my resources are displaying ID numbers next to the resource name in the tree. And, I can’t seem to create new resources. I right-click on a container, select ’create a document here’ then when I start filling in information for the new resource, I get an error message that says: ’An error occurred while duplicating the resource’

I tried clearing out the core/cache directory, as stated above, but it did not clear the problem. Any ideas?
