Using modx 1.0.4 on php 4.3 / linux.
In my very simple setup, a new resource (page) shows up fine, but for the first time I’m trying to create parent & child resources, which fail to appear. (I’ve been playing with this install occasionally for almost a year, so I’m aware that the answer to my question might well be a box that I checked last autumn and have forgotten.)
When I make a new resource with the URL ’parent-resource,’ the (working) URL that I get is
http://greathugethings.com/?q=parent-resource
When I add a child resource, the (404) URL is
http://greathugethings.com/parent-resource/?q=child-resource-1
The error it throws reads ’The requested URL /parent-resource/ was not found on this server.’
I appreciate any insight or suggestions.
