Downloading and installing packages via PHP automatic

Hi all,

I want to create a basic package for myself to install new sites with. In this package I wanna create default always used tv’s, chunks etc. I also want to install a couple of packages wich I always use;

Does anyone know how I could make PHP so that (for example) getResources, Wayfinder and Breadcrumbs are downloaded and installed automatic? I don’t want to include these transport packages in my package but want to download the latest version automatically.
