I then upgraded domain1 and now both domains have domain2’s content and manager although they have the right.com’s. huh How do I set them to.their proper settings? php 5, Mysql, upgrade 1.0.4 to 1.0.5, Thanks

What exact steps did you take in upgrading?

I don’t see any reason why an upgrade would take another install its settings..

ok i thought it would be easier to.fix with the short story lol. What happened is that my site was hacked and had weird php errors on the homepage. I upgraded for the security patch. when i uploaded the files, and ran the install, the homepage said no version of modx found and on the install page it would only allow me to run a new install. when i got to the database it said the modx_ was already in use and wouldnt continue. i changed it to modx_1 and then it allowed me to continue, so i changed it back to modx_ so that it would use my sql data already there. When I went forward. there was a problem with one issue with prep just before the install, i restarted the install and then it only gave me the advanced option and it installed domain 2 perfectly with no overlap. but when i did the sme steps for domain1 I had the overlap of content and manager only from domain 2

So, these are two installs on one server?

My guess is that something went wrong configuring the database. You can check those details in (from the top of my mind, not worked with evo in ages) manager/includes/config.inc.php - make sure they point to the right database.
