I’m having some problems configuring Form Customisation rules. I’ve created a separate user for testing purposes and created all the necessary Policies, User Roles etc... which are copies of my own (unlimited access) permissions.
I’m trying to set it up so that whenever this particular user creates a new resource, the template will autmoatically be set according to the parent resource by setting parent constraints. As far as I’m aware, this is the best/only way to accomplish this. However the rules simply aren’t taking effect; it appears as though certain templates will automatically load, depending on where the resource is created, but they’re the wrong ones entirely.
Am I missing something, or has anyone else had any similar problems with this?
I should mention that it does work with the Quick create option, but that isn’t the preferred way for the user to create resources.
