New Install: Fatal Error: Allowed Memory size....

Just tried a new install of

Revo 2.1.0-rc4 (Traditional) on my
Win7(64) running
Xampp 1.7.4 (pHp 5.3.5; mySQL 5.0.7/5.5.8; running PDO)
Firefox 4.0.1

and get the following error message when running install (after Installation Summary Page, all "ok"):

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261904 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\MODx\core\xpdo\xpdo.class.php on line 1461

Searched support and increased the php memory limit up to 1024M - did not help.

Any ideas?

Did you restart XAMPP server?

Restartet Xampp a number of times, rebooted - always the same error.

Installation should only require about 16 to 24Mb of memory depending on PHP version and other environment details. Something else is wrong, and it may be related to this:

that seems to have done the trick on the installation problem.

Did a complete fresh install and now its working. Thanks for the help!
