    Good Day All:

I’ve been called to support a web site that I have never seen before but I have been given usernames and passwords for FTP and Modx Content Manager. The main site is suffering from the below error. Could anyone provide any tips on where I can look to find the source of the failure?

    « MODx Parse Error »
MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:

Some information would be useful. See the text in red under this forum’s field when you’re editing a post for the information we need.

When you are logged in to the MODx Manager, in the upper right-hand corner of the screen you’ll see the version of MODx you are using.
