Just installed revo 2.08 on my server(info below). Went to download TinyMCE through package management and it hangs and after 30 seconds gives me the following error...
Could not download and create transport package with signature: tinymce-4.2.3-pl
I checked the core/cache/logs/error.log and found this...

I then checked my server settings and I have allow_url_fopen and cURL enabled, so I am at a loss as to why I receive an error stating otherwise.
