I want to exclude the dot character . from FURL Resource Alias, can I just put a dot character somewhere in the RegEx pattern?
/[\0\x0B\t\n\r\f\a&=+%#<>."~:`@\?\[\]\{\}\|\^’\\]/

A dot is a special character in regex.
Think you’ll have to escape it with a backslash:
/[\0\x0B\t\n\r\f\a&=+%#<>\."~:`@\?\[\]\{\}\|\^’\\]/
Thanks Mark! I will try that.
If I want to exclude a slash must I end it also with a back slash?
/[\0\x0B\t\n\r\f\a&=+%#<>\.\/"~:`@\?\[\]\{\}\|\^’\\]/
Thanks for the tip Martijn!
Do you use it on 2.1.0-rc4?
I installed Translit it works with special charaters but how can I remove dots and slashes from furls?
Thanks Pureppl, your right it works I thought it was build in Translit.
