I manage a site that uses Modx Evo and everything has been working fine up until yesterday. Suddenly, some of the site’s content editors have been unable to save content. They’ll make changes to a resource, hit save, but their changes do not show up on the front end. If they go back into the back end and edit the resource again their edits show up, but will not ’save’. Nothing in the site or server has changed in the past couple days either. Any ideas on why this might be happening? Thank you!

Go to your database (CPanel hosts usually offer phpMyAdmin) and check the site_content table; it may need to be repaired.
This sound more like a caching issue than a DB one (if the data is in the backend when they go back)
I would clear the sites cache, and see if that makes a difference.
