Custom TV Input Type for Revo

Hi, I’m in need of double feature input type for a TV. Simple textfield and a dropdown combo box. I’ve tried to combine two of them in one file, but it does not work properly, tried to search the web, but there are to little info on the subject. Maybe someone could point my mistake or post a link to a decent guide or a manual for this stuff. Thanks in advance.

But architecturally, I suspect it’d be a better option to do this as 2 separate fields. Perhaps you could use two form input and use an array as the name, e.g.



Something like that would cause the values to be submitted in one "node" of the $_POST array ... print_r to see what I mean.
