Hello,
We have recently implemented a modX cms system for a clients website. We have a Foxycart back end that takes money for a subscription based service.
We have been noticing that users who use netbooks, have been having problems loggin into our clients webpage. Some users experience, is that they can log on with their laptop just fine, but when switching to a netbook, they can not log in. Anyone have any advice, or direction I should start to troubleshoot the ’netbook’ platform? I’’m sure there are a billion netbooks out there now.. just looking for some general advice..
thanks..

The website says XP home Edition...i need to get more details....

Keep us posted... most login features are handled by the server, and not by the client’s browser...
I wonder if the real culprit could be IE8. Some IE8 compatibility problems have been reported.
