I have been looking all over in my modx manager for a way to create new manager users so I can attempt setting permissions. There is a radio button in configuration that asks if I want to use access permissions so I’m assuming I’m supposed to be able to create users, but for the life of me I can’t find where to do it. I’ve looked all over the web and can’t find what people are talking about.
Is my version wrong for doing this sort of thing?

Is this possible to do manually through phpMyAdmin since I don’t have an Add User link on my modx manager?
In the manager, go to top menu - Security / Manager Users / then click the New User button
Hmm, think maybe this might not be possible in my version of Evo because I don’t have a Security tab. Perhaps I need to enable a feature somehow?

Looks like you don’t have the role of Administrator and are working with certain restrictions, i.e. no user creation/editing.
don’t think my boss knew the programmer he hired kept that profile to himself. I was able to work my way into the Admin role through the DB though. All is good now.
