Hi all
I have kind of a special problem. I’ve built a site with some 250 - 300 documents a year, all this documents need to be shown in a archive in a later stage. So for now I have a folder called articles where the actual documents are place in. A second folder called archives is used to move the older documents to display in the archive (each in several categories called by ditto). Is there any way that this could be automated my lets say a certain time to be in folder "documents" and then be moved automatically to folder "archive"?
Right now they are move with SuperFast.
The reason why I did not use reflect is usability, the amount of documents after two or three years in the same folder will be huge.

Can you make yearly archive directories?

no there wont be yearly directories. the Archive ist split into 7 categories.
However splitting them up in years could make sense as well.
