    Hey folks,

    If I do a search for two words e.g. and the , simple search returns the correct results. I love how easy it was to set colours for highlighted words;

    hint for others; set css color: value for .sisea-highlight or if you want each word a different colour, .sisea-highlight-1, .sisea-highlight-2 etc

    So that’s great, but on the results page, instead of "and the" it shows
    13 Results found for "andthe"
    and it also shows "andthe" in the search box.

    Rather than spend hours pulling the code apart, anyone come across this before and found a solution?

      Yes, I have just encountered the same problem. See my post in the Search board: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,63242.0.html

      To summarize:
      I search for "red cars". Results page URL is results.html?search=red+cars&x=27&y=10&id=15 (15 is the id of my search results landing page). Results are correct, but search box shows "redcars" and results message is "X results found for redcars". Pagination links are set to: results.html?search=redcars&sisea_offset=3 which when clicked gives a "no results found" message because it’s now performing a search on "redcars" not "red cars".

      I’m wondereing if it is something to do with how my PHP config is handling the URL encoding but don’t know where to start???

        This appears to be a bug introduced in some release after Simple Search 1.1.0. I updated a Rev 2.04 installation I had from a few months ago that had SimpleSearch 1.1.0 ( no search term concatenation) to SimpleSearch 1.3.0 rc2. It is now concatenating the search terms in the search box and the results message.

            I know this is an old thread, but have version 1.6 of simplesearch and revo 2.2.1 and experience same issues. is there a way to fix this manually?
