Upgrading 2.0.7 -> 2.0.8

Hi,

Today I upgraded my version of Rev from 2.0.7 to 2.0.8. Setup went fine and setup-guide told me that it was successful. Although after clearing both manager/system and browser-cache, system info in the manager still says I’m running 2.0.7.

Notice! I have a bit complicated setup. I’m running a local setup that is synced via Dropbox, with its DB on a non local host. I don’t expect this to be supported, but it may be of intrest for those who try to share a dev-environment over multiple comps.

So.. any ideas why manager sys I’m running 2.0.7 when I just successfully upgraded to 2.0.8?

Check your core/docs/version.inc.php file. If it has the patch version as 8, then maybe the DropBox sync didn’t complete before you ran setup? IDK, very odd.
