I’ve posted this a couple of places but haven’t had any replies. I’m just trying to see if anyone can duplicate this before I go filing bugs like a cranky old man:

This is happening on Revo 2.0.8 and previously on 2.0.7.

I have a TV to store a date value. I have used rendering options to set the input to date, the output to date, and a date format.

In IE 8 (my client’s browser of choice), the use of the Date input renderer results in a Javascript error when trying to edit the page in the manager. The error causes the date inputs to not render properly, and causes TinyMCE not to load. This does not happen in Firefox on Windows or Mac. If I change the input renderer to text, then the problem does not occur.

    Webpage error details

Have you entered a bug at http://bugs.modx.com/projects/revo/issues so this issue gets addressed as soon as possible?

I was waiting to see if anyone else was having the issue first, since the last bug I filed was not reproduceable by the engineer.

Now that I have confirmation, I will file it.

Same problem here. No tinyMCE at all and some TV’s not showing in the manager! this all only in IE8, Firefox works ok.
