TransAlias for Revolution?

Hey there,

even most modern browsers understand utf-8 in file names, I ask myself if there is a TransAlias equivalent for Revolution? Renamed that plugin? Is URL alias creation handeled differently? Where can it be adjusted?

[I came across that topic while testing with Splittingred’s Blogging tutorial http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Creating+a+Blog+in+MODx+Revolution and the blog-tag-URLs which became ugly with my own tags]

Thanks for any hint,

Henning
