    Hey Guys,

So i built out my main navigation using Wayfinder. Is there anyway i could append a query string to one of those links with out appending to them all? ie... www.domain.com/about.html?blah=blah.

    thanks,

      Hi,
There’s a nice little brain-teaser. Short of writing a command in .htaccess, I wonder if this would work.

Mark the document in question to not show in the menu. Then make a weblink instead, using the document’s URL with the GET variable added - this would take the place of your document in the menu. If that still brings up your document, then I think you’re in.

      Cheers, Dave

Great! First time I thought of it, too, and I’m glad it worked. Quicker and easier than coding an .htaccess rule.

I usually wouldn’t need it all that often, but with some of the wackier requests I’m getting to have shotgun weddings of various apps, having a handy GET string could be very helpful. smiley
