I have a bit of a perplexing problem - hopefully someone might have an answer. I have a client that I have set up with Modx. For one of thier pages they upload mp3s to download. They have just informed me that one of the folders that has MP3s in no longer shows any files. So for example whe you use tinyMCE click on the link and choose your folder. I have checked the folder through my ftp client and the files are in that directory. You can also download them from the front end. I have tried uploading new files to that directory and they dont show up either. All the other directories that they upload files to work fine and I can create a new directory and upload files to it.
The only thing they can think of that they have done recently is the site admin, cleared the locks becuase someone hadn’t logged out of the site properly. I am completely confused by this - has anyone got any ideas.
