Dear All,
We are thinking to convert our EVO 1.0.0 to latest Revolution 2.0.
Is there an easy tool to do the job or we need to hire some Modx Guru to do the job?
We wrote around 60 snippets, 60 chunk, some templates and TVs. about 1500 documents, and we have some custom tables reside inside Modx database. The production platform is on Linux, PHP 5.3.1, MySQL 5.0.9
Can someone that has converted EVO to Revolution successfully share with us how much effort is going to take? Thanks.
Charles

Hello,
There isn’t an easy transfer process at this point in time, so you may want to work with someone who has done the upgrade manually. There are addons such as provisioner to help with moving things, but if I recall there are issues in regards to moving TV’s and such.
I’ve done a few conversions and the effort seams to depend on the site and how much you want to transfer and such. From the sounds of it you should look into hiring someone to do the work.
We are a church organization and would like to hire someone to convert from EVO 1.0.0 website to latest Revolution 2.x version. If you are interested in the project, let’s discuss further. Thanks.
Charles
