Can't hide resource by user-group and resource-group

    The resources other than group to which the user belongs are displayed, and it is possible to edit it. My test version is V1.0.5(J). It is possible to hide in V0.9.6.3. Did the processing around here change from V1.0.0 to V1.0.5?
