I’m seeing a strange issue occuring with conditional comments.
I’m using them to target 7. For some reason, when I’m using this:

my site has a likelihood to go down. On occasion (with no seeming rhyme or reason) the site just won’t load. Manager works as it should, so I can take it out and its fine.
’Tis all very strange. Any ideas?
