How would you get the width and height of a phpThumbOf generated image?

For example, something simple like this:
```
<img src="[[+image:phpthumbof=`w=210`]]"  />
```
To have the thumbnails correct width and height dynamically added into the <img> tag?

This is a typical call I use with a TV image that I want the width to be 120px and and the height to be 100px.
```
<img src="[[+tv.news_image:phpthumbof=`&f=jpeg&q=65&wl=120&hp=100&iar=1`]]" alt="[[+pagetitle]]" />`]]
```
