Desperately need help with fatal error

I have just downloaded my old site and uploaded my modx index.php. It all worked fine before. But now when I preview a page all I get is this:

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ’./includes/protect.inc.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php’) in /homepages/17/d313524938/htdocs/index.php on line 59

My whole site has disappeared, I could really use some good news on this please guys

Never mind, I uploaded the wrong index.php file
