    Hey,

How do I remove the ID from friendly URLs? I’ve completely forgotten how I did it locally and now its giving me a headache. Basically I want my URLs structured like:
    http://www.website.com/news/

At the moment MODx (Revolution, latest version) is outputting them like so:
    http://www.website.com/205/news/

When I manually remove the number it doesn’t work either.

I want the document ID removed. I’m pretty sure theres a setting I’ve missed somewhere.

    Thanks for the help

Sounds like you have friendly URL paths turned on. Check your configuration in the FURLs section.

Thanks for the post. I can’t find that in the system settings for Revolution...

I have "Use Friendly Alias Path" (use_alias_path) turned off.

Ah me being stupid. Apologies. I had use friendly aliases turned off too which it shouldn’t have been.

          Cheers
