not able to access/view files purely dependent on machine being used

    Can anyone give me a suggestion as to why I can access files with same password, same browser on one machine (computer), but not on another? Other files can be seen, except for one folder (I can see folder, not files)?

      Which version of MODx, what browsers, are we talking File Manager or a TV or rich text editor’s resource manager? You don’t give us much to go on.

      Have you logged out, completely cleared your browser cache and cookies for the domain, then logged in again?

        Firefox 3.6.13 IE8
        Modx v 1.0.2 version codename 6066

        I can see everything with these two browsers, another person can with her work pc and not on her home pc. I asked her what she was using and she said IE8, exactly what I am using. I asked her to clear her cookies/cache. I wonder if the operating system would matter? Thanks...I am under a bit of pressure on this...

          sad I don’t think it is the browser as I was able to reproduce on my machine... I think I need to try a few things before I ask for help... thanks.
