    Hi all,

I’m using MODx Revo 2.0.7 on an internal linux server.

I would like to set my File Manager path so that it only shows the contents of my "files" folder not the root MODx folder, but I’m doing something wrong.

I have set the File Manager path to /assets/files and the File Manager URL to /assets/files and when I go to insert a file either as a link within a page or as a static resource the file/resource browser opens to the correct folder, but the link doesn’t work when inserted into the page.

I hope that made sense. E.g. I can insert a link to test.pdf on the Minutes page, but when I go to MySite > Minutes and click on the link I get a 404 error.

I would also like to set the path for the image browser in TinyMCE. Is it possible for me to do that?

    Thanks, Kahli

Go from top menu "System" -> "System settings" and from "Filter by area" take "File system"

Fill in "Resource path" (I put for example there: assets/upload) and fill in "Resource URL" (I put for example http://mydomain.com/assets/upload).

I was rather wondering how to make like it was in Evo that it will go automatically to assets/upload/images when it’s image and assets/upload/flash when it’s media, etc.

not sure about evo, but in revo you can assign filemanager path to each TV individually (input options...)

try changing tiny.path_options setting to "docrelative"

also what does the output HTML source look like?

What do you mean? I have there for example assts/upload and it works but changing the tiny.path_options value to "docrelative" didn’t make any change...
