    Hi!
Modx function for creating alias is not so clean. Plenty of character remains, which should not appear at all. How to override alias function?
    Thx.

There are a plethora of settings available for controlling the alias generation. What specifically do you need it to do?

        Hi Jason.
I want only English letters, numbers, underscore and dash, as a result. Because my language (Serbian) has two alphabets (Cyrillic and Latin), I want to integrate 2 more functions to remove apostrophes from letters (like ĐŽŠĆČ), and complete transfer of the Cyrillic alphabet in Latin.

That’s what the transliteration settings are for. You can provide your own transliteration maps using the translit Core Extension: http://modxcms.com/extras/package/740
