Hi,
I am a long returning user of ModX though I have kept using the CMS I have not been in the community for some time (About 2 years) so I don’t know what has developed over that time other than what I see in the upgrades of both Evo and Revo.
So here is my question, back in the day I remember someone asking if ModX will be sharing the code they used to create the Extra’s Directory/Repository and it was said by one of the founders I believe that they probably would at some point...
I now need something like this urgently and would love to know if this has been released or if anyone would be willing to create a module/plugin package or even a tutorial on how to do this.

Do you need "Extras" that will all be installed at a MODx site or just a general file download system?

The Extras add-on here still has a ways to go before it’s ready to even consider releasing. There’s tons of improvements and usability issues to sort out. FYI, it is built on and would require Revo.

Strange I never got notifications of all your replies via email for this, just thought about this project thought would check on it again...
Installing and setting up Revo would be no problem at all...
Do you have any idea what you may be able to release it, even if it is only a very early Alpha? I love the implementation of the Repository here I think it is very well laid out and it would be very in fitting with what I am trying to create.
