So, I have a bit of an issue. I’m using a JQuery panel slider on a site that’s under development. In order for the panel to slide open and slide closed it uses the following link in the code:
    <a href="#">Some Text</a>

I don’t have an issue with the way it works so much, but it’s causing some problems for me within Modx. Let’s say I have a URL where the panel is loaded http://somedomain.com/products. Using friendly URLs in Modx typically generates something like this, add or remove the HTML if you like. Once the link is clicked to toggle the sliding panel the URL then changes to something like this http://somedomain.com/products/# or if I leave on html extension http://somedomain.com/products.html/#.

Unfortunately, Modx is trying to load the page titled "#" which does not exsists and loads the error page. This obviously causes the page to redirect. I know there has to be a work around for this somewhere. Any ideas? I did search the forum, but didn’t seem to find anything. Then again I’m not really sure what the correct search term for this might be.
