I will try to uninstall again and reinstall without the CodeMirror plugin, just to known if is that the solution... ufff!!!!

Again: really thank you, possibly if hasn’t all you guys trying to push this, I would be in the 2.0.4 version....

What happened was this:

1 - Reinstalled again MODx and MAMP. Snippet not working!
2 - Installed CodeMirror. Snippet not working!
3 - Installed old database and MODx files of a side project, from where I copied some resources to start this new project. Snippet start working!
4 - After step 3 I repeated steps 1, 2 and 3 AGAIN, just to be sure.

During all this process, I ALWAYS cleared the Cash, Flushed Permissions, Flush All Sessions, log out and log in MANY times, restart the computer one time and the solution for me was installing old database in MAMP and log in old project. After I log In old project, and tried to see new project page, everything start working...

I do not know why, but I’m tired of doing all the same steps and will just go along and start drafting the new project.

Also just to say that after log in old project, I did not make any changes in new project... and he start working suddenly...

Old project was in 2.0.4 version, so it seems that I always need some MODX 2.0.4 version to the snippet work... (at least for me)

Could it be that there is another copy of the template and css files in a different location in the 2.0.4 files and that is in the spot where the snippet is actually looking for them?

Or that the file/directory permissions are different for those files in the 2.0.4 site?

That’s the only way I can think of to explain what you’re seeing.

The permissions are the same, the project files (html/css layouts) have the same name and location in both root projects. For instance, in old project, template is located at "oldproject/data/templates/en/main.html" and CSS in "oldproject/data/templates/en/css/layout.css". In new project, template is located at "newproject/data/templates/en/main.html" and CSS in "newproject/data/templates/en/css/layout.css".

I just installed the modx and copied files from one directory to the other. After finished copying, the project was not working, so decided to open old project to copy some snippets, configurations, etc. So I installed the old project MAMP database and when i opened old MODx project manager, BOOM, new project start working without any further change...

I could guess that is some relationship with directories and/or some conflict of having two different MODx versions opened at same time with duplicated files in directories named equally. Also in all my projects i use only one browser that i never use to surf in the internet, i just use it to development...

Anyway problem solved and i delected the old project and new project is still working so I think is everything ok.
