Implement real estate feed with modx

I have average knowledge of modx and recently got the opportunity to create a real estate site. I’d like to create an IDX feed from the local mls to the website. I already have the RETS account url, username, and password, and i tried messing with vielerets, but am clueless!

What do I need to make this happen?

From what i’ve researched, a good amount of programming is requred?

FeedX should work.
You need to get the RSS template that the MLS uses. You might also need to have a license to use their feed?

The local MLS already gave me a license to use their feed since I’m a realtor in fl.

Good. Give it a try. The key is using the file-based TPLs in that snippet.
