    Hi,

    I had to reinstall ubuntu on my new laptop and so i reinstalled phpmyadkmin apache and so on. In my home under public_html i had my local site i was building and also a backup of his database under modx(using xPDO 2.0.0-rc2 ).
    So i imported in phmyadmin the db and when i open my local site all goes ok but when i try to login in manager i get this message:

    That account could not be located. Check the username and re-type the password to try again
    .

    I opened the error log and found this message:
    [2010-12-14 09:06:42] (ERROR in xPDO::connect @ /home/myname/public_html/maysite/core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php : 305) SQLSTATE[42000] [1049] Unknown database ’mydb’

    So it looks like i cannot find my db but in the same time the site found it

    another message after my last trying to log in as admin is
    [2010-12-14 09:33:28] (ERROR @ /manager/index.php) Error 42S22 executing statement:
    Array
    (
    [0] => 42S22
    [1] => 1054
    [2] => Unknown column ’modUser.remote_key’ in ’field list’
    )

    I am using apache2 php5 5.3 mysql 5.1 chromium browser 9.5(svn) and firefox 3.6

      Sounds like you didn’t install Revolution properly, if that’s the version you tried to install. You need to provide more information. It’s not clear what version of MODx you are running. I suggest upgrading to MODx 2.0.5-pl, as you are missing new columns that have been added to the database.

        Maybe i can install the new modx and then try to integrate the old database?
